ILCAO SMS Texting Employees Privacy Policy:
It is the policy of ILCAO to protect the privacy and the confidentiality of your employee’s personal information. Employee data, including phone numbers, is collected and used solely for internal purposes. Employee data will not be transferred or disclosed to any external organizations under any circumstances. ILCAO implement strict measures to always ensure the security and integrity of the employee information.
By the employee providing their phone number to ILCAO, the employee consents to receive SMS communications from ILCAO. These messages are conversational in nature and are intended to provide relevant information and updates. Message frequency may vary, with an average of 1-2 messages per month. SMS Privacy and Terms and Conditions:
ILCAO will be collecting opt-in verbally from employees prior to the new hire orientation. Employees can opt in to receive messages either in person at the facility or over a phone call. When an employee is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the employee would like to opt-in for SMS notifications regarding emergencies or facility closures. Employees will be read the following script: “By opting in, consent is given to receive messages from ILCAO. The types of messages that will be sent include conversational messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-2 messages per month. Text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. For employees to be notified by an additional form of communication when there may be an emergency or important message that needs to be shared by the ILCAO to all employees.
