ILCAO is Accepting Bids for Lawrence County Early Childhood Academy

The Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization is accepting bids for construction at Lawrence County Early Childhood Academy.

Estimate Prepared for: (Worksite) Lawrence County Early Childhood Academy Ironton, Ohio

Sealed bids will be taken from: February 15th to March 1st 2023

Bid Opening will be on March 1 st at 11 am at the following address:
305 N. Fifth Street
Ironton, Ohio

Scope of Work:
(10)- 3 ton 20.3 SEER mini split heat pumps
(2)- 1 ton 20.3 SEER heat pumps for common areas
(5)- Wall brackets for outdoor unit with 1 outdoor pad

All electrical is included for mini splits and all related material.

Install 2- 5 ton gas package units 14 SEER including duct work, gas lines and all electrical needed to
complete the installation.

Price needs to be complete with all Labor and Material.

Contractor supplies all permits to complete work in accordance with all State and local guidelines.

Site Visits will be done by appointment only.
