Scope of Work:

 INSTALL NEW METAL STANDING SEAM ROOF 3800 SF, WITH PROPER VENTS

REPLACE ALL ROTTEN WOOD AROUND THE FACIA OF ROOF 80 SF

INSTALL NEW GUTTERS 308 SF

REPLACE NEW WINDOWS 16 EA

REPLACE NEW EXTERIOR DOORS 3 EA

REMOVE ALL EXISTING ROOF AND MATERIALS FROM BUILDING AND JOBSITE
