This event will be held October 24 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at The Proctorville Senior Citizens Center “Lawrence County Fairgrounds.”
There will be games, fun and plenty of candy. Please feel free to wear a costume. Come out and Trick or Treat with our Community Partners! All children and families are invited!
